Greetings from Obamaland

I'm staying with my daughter Beth and her family as I recoup last Fridays surgery. The pain is down...still have some numbness and cramping in the legs. Balance and motor control seem to be improving and I guess things are progressing toward the good....only time will tell. I have been playing cook for the last few days...Jakie is my new best customer. There was a time a few years back when they visited us on the boat when he said he didn't do ribs...he was told ..No ribs...no dinner....finally gave in and is now my best customer.....has been fun...tamale pie for dinner tomorrow night, Jakie is excited....Jake has been my Physical Therapist..........makes sure I take my walk every day when he gets home from from school....helps me down the stairs. and off we go................Has been a fun week...Both Riley and Jake are excellent bartenders...and help out old Grampie by making my bourbon and waters...Have been doing some Ebay silver buying....wow...prices going up fast......time to go to gold and silver as obama and his union crowds destroy our country...not sure we will survive 2 more years , let alone 4 more if he gets his union thugs to get him reelected. Been talking to my $$ guy.....just where to keep it. God save our kids and grand kids from the mess this jerk has caused....
I'm sure Joyce will fill you in abour our new kitty. Beth and I will make the 8 hr ride to pick up Mizzen next Tue.....a few busy days before the 2 of us fly back to Roatan and her new home....Joyce is like an expectant mother...except I have to do the delivery. Beth took me the the Kitty store this evening....$ 125 buck later we are almost ready....Will be fun !!!!! Joyce will have to do the pics....above my paygrade....God bless America ..for obama is not Capt Paul
